This place was the cornerstone of our city and created thousands of jobs. The brand still exists today after all it has been through. That is something to honor and celebrate!
Theodore Hamm purchased The Excelsior Brewery in March of 1865.
Over time Hamm's Brewery grew to be one of the Top 5 largest breweries in the nation.
It all started right here, where Saint Paul Brewing now stands.
