Saint Paul Brewing proudly resides within three buildings originally part of the historic Hamm's Brewery. The patio and biergarten are within the beautiful ruins of the Hamm's stables and carpentry shop. The brewery and taproom are within the old keg wash house and racking room, and our fabrication workshop is within Stockhouse #3. We strive to honor the history of brewing here, and after some intensive labor and restoration, we have created a new destination for people of all ages to enjoy food, beverages, ambience, and an important piece of history.
