Welcome to the historic Hamm's Brewery, our brewpub's home. Whether you're hosting a wedding, a company happy hour, a birthday party, or another special event, Saint Paul Brewing is where memories are made. Celebrations within these walls have every space selected. As a brewpub, we curate our glasses with fresh & delicious food from our talented kitchen team, and it's a gathering to remember. The Living Room
Rental Type: Private Room

Minimal Rental Time: 2 Hours

Lush, rustic and cozy. Our dining room was originally part of the Hamm's keg house. Fully furnished with plush seating and rich greenery, The Living Room is a space where loved ones gather.
The Family Corner
Rental Type: Semi-Private Space
Capacity: 45
Minimal Rental Time: 2 Hours
Features: Custom buffet, dedicated cocktail servers, private entrance, comfortable seating, free parking.
Perfect For: Rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, casual happy hours, small to mid-sized gatherings.
A slice of the room for those you hold most dear. The Family Corner features more relaxed seating - vintage couches, leather booths and snug high-top tables. A semi-private half of The Living Room, this space is for lounging in style.
The Sun Parlor

Perfect For: Corporate parties, networking events, small to mid-sized gatherings.
The Sun Parlor is where class meets comfort. This section features beautiful arched windows, more traditional dinner seating and a couple of booths. A semi-private half of The Living Room, this is the place to wine and dine.
The Hidden Garden
Rental Type: Outdoor Semi-Private Space

Features: Historic brick walls, picnic benches, umbrellas, lively flowers and greenery.
Perfect For: Add-on to an indoor rental, birthday parties, company happy hours, a quiet retreat.
A true breath of fresh air. Part of our renowned patio, The Hidden Garden is tucked within the ruins of the original Hamm's horse stables. Adorned with our one-of-a-kind Willow arch, twinkling lights and vibrant flowers, this castle-like cove is straight out of a fairytale.
Table Reservations

Perfect For: Birthday dinners, family get-togethers, small-sized celebrations.
Want just a few tables for a special occasion? Guarantee your spot by booking a reservation in our Living Room! For a relaxed meal, order food and beverages via QR codes. For a personalized experience, upgrade to have an event server! Since Saint Paul Brewing is a "first-come, first-served" establishment, reservations require a rental fee.

Hamm's Historic Brewery Tours
Did you know the heir to the Hamm's dynasty was kidnapped in 1933? Or that a devastating fire is what shaped our one-of-a-kind patio?
Hear all kinds of thrilling tales on our historic brewery tour!
Led by our live tour guide, Jimmy Keebs, this walking tour guides groups through the life of this notable property. These walls have seen it all - from the birth of Hamm's beer in the 1860s to other big brewery production thereafter, decades of abandonment to rescue and revitalization.
In addition to the regularly scheduled tours on Sundays at 1pm and every other Saturday, we are happy to schedule private tours on other dates to fit your party and schedule. To learn more about adding a historic brewery tour to your event inquire here.

FAQs
Is a deposit required to book a date?
Yes, we require a deposit of 50% to be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to an event in order to secure your rental date and time.
Will my event have its own servers/bartenders?
If you're booking a private or semi-private event for The Dining Room, The Family Corner, or The Sun Parlor - yes! Our experienced events team provides food and beverage service at every event. No need to order drinks at the bar - you'll have cocktail service dedicated solely to your party.
For Table Reservations or The Hidden Garden rentals, service is provided through QR code ordering or at the bar. Orders can be placed on a single tab, or your guests can pay individually.
Does your food menu include options for certain allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our kitchen can create a variety of dishes to meet your party's needs. We offer many options for folks who are dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-sensitive and more. Please include any allergy and dietary information on your inquiry form.
Do you allow outside food/catering?
SPB has an in-house kitchen, so we do not allow outside food/catering. Event rentals have access to our exclusive Events Menu, as well as the ability to create custom elements to make your celebration unique!
What about desserts? Do you make them in-house, or can I bring in a cake?
While we do not create desserts in-house, we work with some fabulous Vendor Partners to bring sweetness to your party! Their offerings can be explored as part of our Events Menu.
You also have the option to bring store-bought desserts for a $1 per-person Outside Dessert Fee, though these must be served through our kitchen, per health code.
What does the service charge cover?
The 22% service charge supports fair wages for our entire event team. It is not a gratuity, but rather supports the overall effort that goes into creating a smooth and memorable event. Of course, tips for your event servers are always welcome and appreciated.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes. There is a smaller lot in the courtyard of our Hamm's campus, which includes handicap parking spaces and ADA ramp access. A larger lot can be found on the other side of our neighbors, CrowBar and Voliere Distillery. Cars can stay overnight to ensure everyone gets home safely.
Do you have options for guests who don't enjoy beer or don't drink alcohol at all?
Absolutely! The beauty of being a brewpub is that there is something for everyone. On top of beer, we serve seltzers, wine, THC beverages, specialty cocktails and spirits from our friends at Voliere Distillery. Our non-alcoholic selection includes mocktails, house-made sodas, kombucha and non-alcoholic beer.
